DeleteGood post. Berries is a well known way to help with losing weight. However, I was not aware of red fruits. I tend to stock up on raspberries, gooseberries, strawberries and blueberries a lot. Exercise is very important, but I suffer from other illnesses and sometimes I have to stop exercising. Though I actually love working out. The adrenaline rush is amazing. Thanks for the wonderful post!
