I am back with yet another blog. I’ll be sharing
recipe of Barbecue chicken. My father loves chicken so almost every week we
have Barbecue night at our home. It is usually a very fun night. Barbecue
chicken is quite easy to make but it requires a lot of spices and flavors. Below
is the full recipe of the Barbecue.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons fresh
ground cumin
1 jalapeno pepper,
finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons freshly
ground black pepper
2 boneless chicken
cut them into cubes
1/2 teaspoon onion
powder
1 teaspoon chili
powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
powder
1 1/2 tablespoons
vinegar
Preparation:
In a small bowl, whisk all
the ingredients together. Add this paste on the chicken. Cover, and marinate in
the refrigerator at least 1 hour. I marinated my chicken overnight so that after
being cooked, it is soft and gooey. Preheat the coal for medium-high heat.
Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade. Brush chicken with oil. Cook
it for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear. When Barbecue
is ready, serve it with chili garlic sauce and naan.
