Things you can do to lose belly fat

Ladies! Here is the solution for all your anxiety. Come red this post and lets reduce belly fat together. 5 things you can do to lose belly fat:

  • ·        Go for red fruits

Research has shown that some fruits are actually better at fighting belly fat have one thing in common-they are red in colour. Grapefruit, cherries, apples, pomegranate, strawberries, watermelon and peaches all can help flatten your belly.

  • ·        Buy fiber rich carbs

Oats, peanuts, brown rice and brown bread help to fight inflammation and keep your tummy full all the time because they are a complete low fat meal themselves.

  • ·        Go green

Spinach, lettuce, salad leafs and other green veges are a great source of losing belly fat. They also help you brighten your skin. J

  • ·        Change your perception of ‘full’

Eat small healthy meals after almost every three hours. Don’t take two huge meals per day.

  • ·        Never miss a workout

If you want to lose belly fat, never!…I repeat never miss a workout or physical exercise.
Run on a treadmill or do some jogging in the morning. Do a lit bit of yoga for the peace of mind and body.

Try them and then provide the feedback in the comment section. I’ll be waiting for your response.

  24. Good post. Berries is a well known way to help with losing weight. However, I was not aware of red fruits. I tend to stock up on raspberries, gooseberries, strawberries and blueberries a lot. Exercise is very important, but I suffer from other illnesses and sometimes I have to stop exercising. Though I actually love working out. The adrenaline rush is amazing. Thanks for the wonderful post!
